The number of organizations and individuals aligned against noncustodial parents and their children is truly a troubling phenomenon.   Following are just a few examples of what these people are doing.

  • MOSS VS. MOSS: CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT SAYS: NO JOB, GO TO JAIL!  approx. 100K

In this case, the Supreme Court of California says that non-custodial parents who owe child support can be jailed for contempt if they do not actively seek work in a profession commensurate with their education and experience.  This means that your ex-spouse, the DA and the Court all have their noses in your career decisions.

This will show how the "enemy" has done it. This is very troubling reading.
