HOW TO FIGHT THE SYSTEM

"The DA is NOT Your Friend"

We were amazed at the number of non-custodial parents who believe they could go to the DA and the DA would help them get a fair trial. ARE YOU NUTS!? The DA is out to get your money, ruin your life and if you can't pay - it's jail time. The DA has no interest in you or your child - in fact, the more they hurt you, the better.

I would think that someone would sue the DA's for always siding with the custodial parent (100% discrimination rate) or entrapment, but so far, it hasn't happened.

What does the DA look for?

  • Birth Certificate
  • Child Support Order
  • Marriage License or Certificate
  • Divorce Decree or Separation Papers
  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Physical Description
  • Photo
  • Letters from the NCP to their children

Two things come to mind: 1) handwriting and 2) postmark. So you may want to type those letters and mail them from wherever you aren't. PS - don't lick the envelope in these times of DNA testing - use a moldy sponge (the lab techs will be fascinated).

  • Last Known Address
  • Social Security Number

EIN's (Employer Identification Numbers) are issued free of charge by the IRS. They are used by people who own their own business. Recently they've been in the news as credit seminars have been advising people to get an EIN and use it in place of their SSN. An untraceable approach is to have a friend (not a family member or relative) get an EIN and you use that. That way, your SSN cannot be linked to an EIN.

  • Name and Address of last employer
  • Name and Address of Relatives
  • Favorite Clubs and Organizations
  • Income and Other Assets
