What is the FPLS?

The Federal Parents Locator System is an attempt by the government to track down non-custodial parents.

Step out of the Circle

An easy way to burn the government's money (your tax dollars for those of you who are paying), is to get a P.O. Box (available through the Post Office, Mail Boxes, etc. and many small "Mom & Pop shops"), using a fake street address if they require one. Next, get a voice mail box. Give them your PO Box address. Now step outside this circle and watch them burn money looking for you. This is most effective when you establish your phone number and address in a state where you do not reside.
